Health Tips For The Year Ahead

An interactive poetry installation, conceived and curated by Helen Eastman and Anna Bruder, inspired by a poem by NJ Hynes.

1st December 2018 – 20th January 2019
StudioRCA, 1 Riverlight Quay, Nine Elms Lane, SW8 5AU

As we approach a new year, perhaps it’s time to turn to three thousand years of poetry for some advice, humour, solace and wisdom. In this interactive installation, surround yourself with poems writ large on the walls, self-medicate from the poetry prescriptions, hop onto a bike and power some poetry vinyl, and even bathe in a poetry bubblebath…

You can pop in to browse, hang out, be inspired, nurse a hangover or add your new year’s resolutions to the exhibition (in haiku form).
