Miranda Peake is a poet and visual artist based in London. She

began writing poetry in 2013, initially as an extension of her art

practice. Her poems have been published in journals and

magazines including Ambit, Banshee, Bare Fiction, Oxford Poetry,

Magma, The Moth and The Rialto. In 2014 she won the Mslexia

Poetry Competition and in 2018 she was placed second in the

Poetry and Psychoanalysis Competition. She holds an MA in

Creative Writing from Royal Holloway and is part of the Hornet

Press. She is the owner of independent bookshop, Chener

Books in East Dulwich.
